Independent concept study/Healthcare / Dental/Redesign Concept
Independent Dental Practice
Most dental sites open with a stock smile. This concept opens with the two things patients actually search for: booking and fees.

Presentation mockup — used to illustrate the design direction.
Project overview
A concept study drawn from a recurring pattern in independent practice websites: stock photography, treatment lists written in clinical language, and fees or opening hours buried in a PDF.
The challenge
Booking is often a phone number only, so evening searches — when most people look — go nowhere.
Treatments are listed clinically rather than by the problem the patient has.
Nervous patients get no information about what a first visit involves.
What we changed
- Book an Appointment held in the header and repeated once in the hero, with nothing competing against it.
- Four plain treatment links using patient language: check-ups, hygiene, implants, emergency.
- Opening hours, address and clinician registration shown on the homepage rather than a separate page.
Conversion focus
- Same-day emergency care given its own visible route, because that visitor converts immediately.
- Fees published, which reduces the phone calls that never turn into appointments.
- High-contrast type and generous spacing for older patients.
Why this structure
Healthcare pages earn trust through plainness. Anything that looks like advertising works against the decision.
Website structure
- 01Home — book, treatments, hours
- 02Treatments
- 03Fees
- 04Your first visit
- 05The team
- 06Contact & directions
