Independent concept study/Construction/Redesign Concept
Construction & Renovation Contractor
Homeowners spending five figures want proof of finished work and evidence of insurance. This concept leads with both.

Presentation mockup — used to illustrate the design direction.
Project overview
A concept study for a domestic builder. The usual site shows a logo, a services list and a phone number, with completed work either missing or presented as low-resolution phone photos in a gallery with no context.
The challenge
No finished project photography means no evidence of standard of work.
Licence, insurance and registration details are rarely stated, so the homeowner cannot check the basics.
Quote requests arrive with no project detail, so estimating takes several calls.
What we changed
- Finished work put on the homepage with plain captions — project type and location, nothing more.
- Licence, insurance cover and company number stated as a plain line rather than badges.
- Request a Quote form asks for project type, property type, timeframe and budget range.
Conversion focus
- A structured quote request cuts the back-and-forth before a site visit.
- Recent projects by location double as local search content.
Why this structure
In trades, credibility is specific: this job, this street, this insurer. Generic reassurance does nothing.
Website structure
- 01Home — work and credentials
- 02Services
- 03Projects
- 04About
- 05Request a quote
