Client project/Pet Services/Website Redesign
Camp Bow Wow
A dog boarding and daycare site restructured around booking, vaccination rules and the reassurance owners look for first.

Project overview
Camp Bow Wow runs daycare, overnight boarding and grooming. Owners leaving a dog for the first time need reassurance far more than marketing copy, and most of them are on a phone.
The challenge
Daycare, boarding and grooming shared one long services page, so pricing and requirements were mixed together and impossible to compare.
Vaccination and temperament rules sat in a PDF, so first-time customers only found them after trying to book.
What we changed
- Split the three services into their own pages, each carrying its own rates, hours, requirements and booking action.
- Pulled requirements out of the PDF into a checklist shown before the form, with an upload for vaccination records.
- Put facility photography, staff introductions and the daily report card high on the homepage.
Conversion focus
- A first-visit interview can be requested online instead of by phone.
- A Book a Stay bar stays fixed on mobile through the whole page.
- Requirements are answered before the form, so fewer bookings stall halfway.
